PURCHASE OF DIGITAL GOODS

What you buy

Gold Bars, goon credits, bullets, protection and VIP are virtual goods inside the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and stay inside the game.

Prices

All prices are in euro, including VAT, and you see the amount before you pay. Prices are shown in the Gold Shop and on the VIP page.

Delivery

After a successful payment the goods are added to your account immediately. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs.

Right of withdrawal

Because delivery is immediate, at checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and your fourteen-day right of withdrawal lapses (article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).

Did delivery fail or did something go wrong with the payment? Contact us through the helpdesk - we investigate and put it right.

VIP

VIP runs for 30, 90 or 180 days and does not renew automatically. After that period it ends by itself, without a new payment.

No refunds after delivery

Once the goods are delivered, a refund is not possible. Purchased goods and VIP also remain without refund if your account is suspended or permanently killed after breaking the game rules.

A mistake on our side or with the payment is always resolved.

Dispute through your bank or card issuer

If you ask your bank or card issuer to reverse a payment (a chargeback), we may temporarily refuse new purchases from that account until the dispute is closed. We then provide the payment service with proof of the payment and of the delivery. Such a dispute costs us extra fees; if it turns out to be unjustified, we may suspend the account.
