How payment works

Crazy Sal is free to play. Everything you can buy is optional: gold bars, a package from the shop or VIP.

What you can buy and what it costs (prices in euro, including VAT):

  • Gold bars: 500 gold bars €1.00 · 2,500 gold bars €5.00 · 5,000 gold bars €10.00
  • Packages: Street Rookie Pack €4.99 · Made Man Pack €9.99 · Capo's Cache €19.99 · Don's Empire Pack €39.99
  • VIP: 30 days of VIP for one donation key, VIP+ for two keys (€2.50 / €5.00).

You always see the exact amount before you pay.

How you pay. Payments run through Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam (Nederland) with the usual Mollie methods (iDEAL, card, Bancontact, PayPal). You pay in Mollie's own checkout, so your card or bank details are entered at Mollie and never reach Crazy Sal.

Delivery. Delivery is immediate. As soon as Mollie confirms the payment, the gold bars, the package or the VIP days are added to your account automatically. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs.

No subscription. Every payment is a one-off payment for a fixed product or period. Nothing renews automatically and nothing is charged automatically; when a VIP period ends, VIP simply stops.

Cancelling or a refund. Because delivery is immediate, at checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and your fourteen-day right of withdrawal lapses (article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). Because nothing renews, there is no subscription to cancel. If a payment went through but you did not receive what you paid for, contact us with the date and the amount and we look into it and put it right. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our general terms and conditions.
