What the game is

Crazy Sal is an online game you play for free. You can optionally buy virtual goods (Gold Bars, goon credits, bullets, protection) and a VIP membership.

Virtual goods and VIP have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and stay inside the game. The in-game casino only uses game currency, never real money.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to have an account. One account per person: creating multiple accounts to stack advantages is not allowed.

You provide accurate details and keep your password secret. Our staff never asks for your password. Everything that happens with your account is your responsibility.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euro, including VAT, and you see the amount before you pay. Payments run through Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam (Nederland) (iDEAL, card, Bancontact, PayPal and more). We never see your card or bank details.

You pay immediately at checkout. Your bank statement shows the trade name under which we accept payments. An unfinished payment stays resumable for sixty minutes.

Delivery of virtual goods

Virtual goods and VIP are added to your account immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs.

Because delivery is immediate, at checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and your fourteen-day right of withdrawal lapses (article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). If delivery fails, we fix it - contact us through the helpdesk.

VIP

VIP is a one-off payment for a fixed period of 30, 90 or 180 days. It does not renew automatically and nothing is charged automatically; after the period VIP simply ends.

What VIP gives you (among other things doubled daily rewards) is described in the game and may be adjusted in the future, without shortening a period you already paid for.

Rules and sanctions

Cheating, exploiting bugs, threatening or insulting players, and circumventing a suspension are forbidden.

When you break the rules, staff can give a warning, temporarily stop you from using the chat or forum, or permanently kill your account. That is always a manual decision and is recorded on your profile.

Anyone sanctioned keeps no right to a refund of purchased virtual goods or VIP.

Availability

We aim for a game that is always reachable, but we cannot guarantee it. Maintenance, updates and failures can interrupt the game temporarily.

We may change or discontinue parts of the game. If a fully paid product disappears permanently, we look for a reasonable solution.

Liability

The game is offered as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of virtual goods or data through bugs, outside attacks or force majeure.

What we do: take reasonable technical measures to protect your account and your data. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.

Complaints

Do you have a complaint about a payment, a staff decision or anything else? Open a helpdesk ticket or mail [email protected]. We reply within a reasonable time and look for a solution together.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies to these terms. Disputes belong to the court of Antwerpen, unless the law grants you as a consumer a different court.

We may change these terms; the version on the site applies. We announce important changes in the game.
